IAM Cloud Engineers have received alerts that Microsoft are performing scheduled maintenance to some of our Azure servers which may briefly impact authentication for users not currently on our Generation 3 Platform. Engineers are working to proactively reduce any impact and ensure that all reboots to the service are done in a managed and controlled manner. We are scheduled to have all customers moved to our Generation 3 Platform by the end of January where the new architecture design means such issues will not impact any of our users.
