A Subset of users may experience problems authenticating to the IAM Cloud Platform. This has been caused by connectivity issues in Azure. Details can be found on the @AzureSupport twitter page and here - https://status.azure.com/en-gb/status/. We're currently implementing a workaround in order to restore the service as soon as possible.
